Hi. I know the title does sound a little odd, but let me break down what that means in Japanese:

"Jah no jinsei" 「ジャの人生」

Jah ジャ = it's me, hi, I'm the main character, it's me
no の = of
jinsei 人生 = life

 

  Put it together, and the direct translation is "the life of Jah", or more simply—"my life".
